The flat base surface is equipped with two parallel, neat full-length straight grooves for concise linear aesthetics. Adopting high-temperature fluorocarbon film coating technology, it reproduces mellow and smooth natural walnut grain at a 1:1 ratio, delivering the warm and premium visual texture of solid wood, with a light retro appearance matching various architectural styles.
The composite structure consists of weather-resistant aluzinc steel sheet, high-density PU foam core and waterproof aluminum foil backing, integrating exterior decoration, thermal insulation, waterproofing, Class B fire retardancy and noise reduction. It can directly replace traditional facade materials including solid wood wall panels, exterior tiles, real stone paint and ordinary color steel plates.
The reinforced double straight groove structure greatly enhances the panel’s bending resistance and wind load capacity, resisting warpage and deformation under extreme temperature difference, heavy rain and intense sunlight. Matched interlocking tongue-and-groove splicing joints realize seamless assembly, fundamentally preventing rainwater infiltration and wall dampness & mildew. The surface fluorocarbon coating features strong UV resistance and acid rain corrosion resistance, keeping the panel free of fading, peeling and cracking after long-term outdoor exposure with a service life over 20 years.
